What is Promptcharts?

Promptcharts is an innovative and interactive tool designed to help everyone – from pupils and students to professionals – better understand how they can use AI. The aim of Promptcharts is simple: together with others, you learn how to create effective prompts for AI, such as ChatGPT or Copilot.

Why Promptcharts?

Collaborating and Learning: With Promptcharts you work together with others. Whether you are in class, taking a training course or working with colleagues in a company, this activity helps you discover the power of AI together.
Awareness and Skills: By following the steps of Promptcharts, you become aware of the different elements that make up a good prompt. You learn to think differently and discover how you can use AI to achieve your goals.
Interactive and Effective: Promptcharts is ideal for up to 4 people. For larger groups, we recommend using several sets to maintain interaction and effectiveness.

How does it work?

Goal: Decide what you want to achieve with your prompt. Do you want to solve a problem, clarify information, or something else?
Target audience: Identify who the prompt is intended for and what their specific needs are.
Topic: Refine your topic and determine the key elements.
Perspective and Style: Decide from which perspective and in which style you want to write the prompt.
Tone and Language: Choose the right tone and language for your target audience.
Keywords and Structure: Arrange the most important keywords and determine the structure of your prompt.

With these steps, you build an optimal prompt together, which you then enter into an AI such as ChatGPT. You evaluate the results and adjust your prompt until you are completely satisfied.
