Education Oracle's AI workshops can be followed online or in person, depending on your preference and availability. Online sessions offer flexibility and can be scheduled around your diary more quickly, so you can get to work on the content right away. In-person sessions, on the other hand, offer the opportunity for personal interaction and hands-on guidance, ideal for in-depth questions or if you prefer to work on location.

Workshop #1: Introduction to AI prompting and the basics of AI legislation

In this workshop you learn how to write effective AI prompts and discover the possibilities and limitations of AI in education and business. We also give a short introduction to the AI Act and the GDPR, which matter when using AI, as preparation for Workshop 2 on AI-driven feedback.

Workshop #2: AI-driven feedback and feedforward

Explore how AI can improve and personalise feedback processes. This workshop is suitable for both teachers and HR professionals who want to give targeted feedback to students or employees. Learn how to use AI to give feedback that matches the needs of the recipient by building specific AI bots.

Workshop #3: AI in assessment and evaluation

For organisations that want to use AI to assess performance, whether of students or employees. This workshop helps participants explore the possibilities and limitations of AI in assessment and evaluation, with attention to integrity and fairness.

Workshop #4: Developing a vision on AI in the curriculum or work process

This workshop helps you develop a strategic vision for integrating AI into a curriculum or business processes. Whether you are an education professional or a manager, you learn to make strategic choices to use AI effectively.

Workshop #5: Installing and using local AI models

Become independent of the cloud and learn how to install and use local AI models. This practical workshop is intended for anyone who wants to run AI on their own servers, within a secure and manageable environment. Ideal for companies and schools that want to keep control of their data.

Workshop #6: Fine-tuning AI models and applying RAG

For experts who want to go further in optimising their AI solutions. This workshop covers fine-tuning models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and building custom AI bots for specific use cases in education and business operations.

Prices for the complete workshop series (6 workshops), VAT-exempt (CRKBO-registered):

Businesses and commercial organisations: €995 per participant

This gives participants an attractive discount when they sign up for all six workshops, so they benefit from a comprehensive and structured AI learning pathway.

Single workshop

Prices per workshop (bookable separately):

Schools and non-profit organisations: €125 per participant, per workshop.

Businesses and commercial organisations: €195 per participant, per workshop.

This allows schools and organisations to follow one or more specific workshops without signing up for the whole series straight away, while still gaining access to valuable AI knowledge and skills.

We offer follow-up sessions that can help you implement AI solutions, solve problems and deepen your knowledge further. LLaMA Benchmarks

In this knowledge clip I test the performance of LLaMA 3.1 8B and LLaMA 3.2 3B on several laptops commonly used in education, including the NVIDIA Quadro T1000, RTX 3000 and RTX 5000.

1-to-1 online support with local AI installation
