Kick-off with Hogeschool Inholland, on to an AI learning programme

· 1 min read · Pascal Mariany

Today we were at Hogeschool Inholland for the kick-off of a new AI learning programme. Together with Timo Boezeman and Ian Strik, I spoke with the organisation as a trainer, even before the programme really starts on 22 September.

Above all, we wanted to know what is going on among the staff themselves. What do they run into when it comes to AI, what do they hope to learn, and what does their daily work actually look like? Inholland in turn took us through their vision and what they have in mind with this programme.

Conversations like that beforehand make all the difference for me. A training only works if it ties in with the practice of the people sitting in the room, not with a generic picture of “AI in the workplace”.

From September, Inholland’s staff will get to work on practical, conscious and responsible use of AI. I am looking forward to shaping that together with Timo and Ian.

Do you work at an organisation that also wants to get started with AI skills? Feel free to get in touch, and we will think along with you about what suits you.
