What is agile coaching?

Agile coaching consists of coaching sessions that support teams of pupils or students in their Agile team process. The coaches help remove obstacles in the Agile process. The sessions cover the roles and responsibilities within the Scrum framework as well as the artefacts and meetings. This can be an excellent way to support project-based education and to clarify the collaboration process.

Agile Coaching approach

Our Agile coaching consists of several sessions, each with a specific focus:

Introductory session: the project team and coach get to know each other / a quick check on roles, meetings and artefacts;

Coaching sessions: identifying and resolving any obstacles;

Reflection session: open questions, reflection on the process and celebrating successes!

During these sessions we use a checklist to monitor and evaluate the team's progress. The team shares this checklist with the coach ahead of the sessions.
