Becoming more AI literate together at ManageMind Group

· 1 min read · Pascal Mariany

On 21 August I had the honour of delivering an intensive AI literacy training with the team of ManageMind Group. The goal: not only to get acquainted with the possibilities of AI, but also to get hands-on straight away and build powerful n8n AI workflows that can lighten and/or simplify standard work tasks.

Three concrete workflows built

During the session we developed three powerful workflows that can be applied directly in daily practice:

  1. LinkedIn Poster & Blog Writer
Automatically generating and publishing content, tailored to tone of voice and target audience, with a human-in-the-loop principle.
  2. Outlook Automatic Reply
A smart assistant that prepares replies and first places them in the drafts folder, so that the user can always do the final check themselves.
  3. Intake Form Workflow
An efficient way to collect customer information, structure it and turn it into usable output.

Learning by doing

Building these workflows was not without its challenges. Setting up the right Microsoft credentials and permissions in particular turned out to be a hurdle that we cleared together. Thanks to the combination of hands-on coaching, teamwork and ChatGPT as a sparring partner, we managed to get all the workflows working.

The great thing is that these solutions do not stand on their own: they are immediately reusable and extendable. ManageMind Group has thereby laid a solid foundation for weaving AI ever more deeply into its processes.

Grateful and enthusiastic

I would like to thank ManageMind Group, and Gonneke in particular, for their trust and the invitation to go through this journey together. It was inspiring to see how open everyone was to learning, experimenting and overcoming obstacles together.

The first step towards greater AI literacy has been taken, and I am already looking forward to a possible follow-up! 🚀
