Didactic Coaching 2.0 training: self-regulation and innovation with AI in education – from February 2025

I am currently developing a new Didactic Coaching training, in which we go deeper into crucial themes such as formative practice, evaluation and assessment (development-oriented / programmatic assessment), feedback literacy, agile scrum, development-oriented assessment, and supporting and improving self-regulation. A unique element is the use of AI in the learning process, where among other things we use the Feedback Companion to personalise feedback and learning processes.

The training consists of a series of five sessions, aimed at teachers in secondary education, vocational education (MBO), higher professional education (HBO) and universities. The approach follows a flipped-classroom style, with all the source material developed available online via onderwijsorakel.nl to consult at any time. The learning outcomes are divided into four levels, so that participants have continuous insight into their own progress and learning process.

Despite the many topics that could potentially improve the quality of education, the training builds up at a calm pace, and the theory can be put into practice straight away.
